Represented by attorney Olujoke Aliyu, Gambaryan seeks relief from Justice Inyang Ekwo, with a similar action by Nadeem Anjarwalla, Binance&#8217;s Africa regional manager.<\/p>\n<p>The initial application, dated March 18, outlines five reliefs requested by Gambaryan. Anjarwalla, on March 22, also pursued a rights enforcement lawsuit before Justice Ekwo. Both cases, with filing numbers FHC\/ABJ\/CS\/356\/24 and FHC\/ABJ\/CS\/355\/24, name the ONSA and EFCC as respondents, aiming for release from custody.<\/p>\n<p>Gambaryan, a US citizen overseeing Binance&#8217;s financial crime compliance, asserts that his arrest and passport seizure violate Sections 35(1) and (4) of the Nigerian Constitution, constituting a breach of his constitutionally protected fundamental right to personal liberty.
