Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, has sworn in six new permanent secretaries as part of efforts to enhance the state’s administrative capability.<\/p>\n

The swearing-in ceremony took place on Thursday at the Katsina Government House, with prominent government officials and well-wishers in attendance.<\/p>\n

The newly appointed permanent secretaries are: Jamilu Yakubu Batagarawa, Samaila Yusuf Bindawa, Lawal Suleiman Abdullahi, Hamza Mani Tafashiya, Ahmed Hassan Mashi, and Ibrahim Muazu.<\/p>\n

Administering the oath of office, the state’s Chief Judge, Justice Musa Danladi Abubakar, emphasized the solemnity of their responsibilities before a gathering of government dignitaries and supporters.<\/p>\n

Governor Radda underscored the merit-based selection process, highlighting that the appointees successfully navigated a rigorous examination to secure their positions.<\/p>\n

Addressing the gathering, Governor Radda congratulated the new permanent secretaries and emphasized their pivotal role in addressing the state’s economic and security challenges.<\/p>\n

“In light of Katsina’s significant economic and security challenges, your expertise, dedication, and leadership will be essential in overcoming them,” stated Governor Radda.<\/p>\n

He urged the appointees to collaborate effectively and work collectively towards fostering prosperity and peace within the state.<\/p>\n
