Goals from El Bilal Toure and Kamory Doumbia in each half sealed the win for Mali.<\/p>\n<p>This victory marked Mali&#8217;s first win against the Super Eagles since September 5, 1975, when they also emerged victorious in a friendly, ending with a scoreline of 4-1. Prior to this match, Nigeria had maintained an unbeaten streak of eight consecutive fixtures against Mali, with five wins and three draws.<\/p>\n<p>Interim coach Finidi George made several changes to the starting lineup, with Jamilu Collins, Raphael Onyedika, and Kenneth Omeruo taking the field.
