Agunloye had claimed a breach of his fundamental human rights by the EFCC.<\/p>\n<p>However, delivering judgment on Monday, Judge Obiora Egwuatu stated that the suit was an attempt by Agunloye to evade criminal investigation and interfere with the EFCC&#8217;s mandate to invite him for interrogation, as outlined in Sections 6 and 7 of the EFCC Act.
