Minister Umahi clarified the government&#8217;s intent to thoroughly evaluate these projects during the briefing with state house reporters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The biggest source of concern for these abandoned projects is the lack of specified funding methods, which has resulted in stagnation and hampered growth.
