A gun Battle that took place at Gaa Sulu community, Omupo District olin Ifelodun Local Government of Kwara State, between hunters and a gang of suspected kidnappers, has claimed the life of one of the hunters.<\/p>\n
The hunter lost his live in the aborted kidnap attempt on Friday night.<\/p>\n
Reporters recalls that a gun battle ensued between local hunters and suspected kidnappers last Friday in which one of the kidnappers was gunned down and the three abducted victims, a man and two women, were rescued.<\/p>\n
Five of the suspected kidnappers were also arrested by a joint team of police operatives and local hunters.<\/p>\n
It was learnt by reporters on Monday that one of the hunters unfortunately lost his live in the battle against the kidnappers.<\/p>\n
According to a source in the community \u201cIt was not known to us till this morning when his decomposed corpse was discovered at a nearby bush close to the area where there was an exchange of gunfire between the hunters and the kidnappers.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
