Expressing dismay over Murja’s demeanor in court, Justice Yusuf raised suspicions of potential drug influence or underlying mental health issues. Consequently, he ordered Murja’s release from the correctional facility, placing her under the custody of the Hisbah Board to facilitate the psychiatric assessment.<\/p>\n
Assigned with the responsibility, the Hisbah Board is tasked with ensuring that Murja undergoes a comprehensive evaluation by a qualified psychiatrist to ascertain her mental state.<\/p>\n
