In a significant development, Onyeka Ogbu, a deputy director at the CBN, took the witness stand, providing testimony against Emefiele.<\/p>\n<p>The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is prosecuting Emefiele on 20 counts, which include forgery, criminal conspiracy, conferring undue advantage, and breach of trust.
