The Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc has named Ms. Bolaji Agbede as the Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company on February 12, 2024, in response to the untimely passing of its former Group CEO, Dr. Herbert Wigwe, on February 9, 2024. This appointment is pending approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).<\/p>\n

  3. Early Career<\/strong>: She began her career in 1992 at Guaranty Trust Bank, where she held various roles within Commercial Banking and Operations, rising to the position of Manager by 2001.<\/li>\n
  4. CEO of JKG Limited<\/strong>: In 2003, Ms. Agbede became the Chief Executive Officer of JKG Limited, a business consulting firm.<\/li>\n
  5. Joining Access Bank<\/strong>: Ms. Agbede joined Access Bank Plc in 2003 as an Assistant General Manager, overseeing the management of the Bank’s portfolio of chemical trading companies.<\/li>\n
