A disturbing video circulating on social media shows a police officer allegedly stationed at the Ago Iwoye Police Division of the Ogun State Police Command sexually assaulting a female suspect arrested at the station.<\/p>\n
The video, shared by Oluwabunmi Michael Awoyemi, a former Twitter user, shows the officer engaging in inappropriate behavior towards the detained woman. Awoyemi condemned the officer’s actions, stating, \u201cA police officer from Ago Iwoye arrested a lady, instead of doing his job, he harassed her and even asked her to kiss him before he leaves her alone. This is how much they\u2019ve ridiculed this profession and harassed our students. Set of irresponsible people.\u201d<\/p>\n
In the footage, the officer is heard making lewd remarks and advances towards the female suspect. He asks her personal questions such as her virginity status and religion, before insisting on kissing her against her will.<\/p>\n
\u201cI want to disvirgin your mouth. I want to kiss you before I go out of this place,\u201d the officer is heard saying, despite the woman’s refusal.<\/p>\n
The victim, visibly distressed, pleads with the officer to release her, but he persists in his advances, demanding a kiss.<\/p>\n
In response to the video, the Ogun State Police Command urged the victim to reach out directly to the command to provide further details on the incident.<\/p>\n
