However, after the two-week grace period, the government will proceed with the necessary enforcement measures,&#8221; stated Kanu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Emphasizing the importance of adhering to approved building regulations, Kanu urged property owners to utilize their premises for their designated purposes, be it commercial or residential.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Kanu disclosed Governor Otti&#8217;s plans to inaugurate the reconstruction of the Umuahia-Ozuakoli-Ohafi road on February 7, 2023.
