On Channels Television, the outspoken former Rivers state governor recommended the duo to drop their legal challenges and focus on more critical national concerns.<\/p>\n

He accused the opposition candidates of using propaganda and social media to win their arguments before the PEPC rather than providing evidence and facts.<\/p>\n

The Minister, who stated that he sat down for nearly 10 hours to watch the live transmission of the PEPC judgement, praised the PEPC judges for their meticulous handling of the petitions.<\/p>\n

\u201cI sat down for not less than 10 hours. Look at how the justices painstakingly took each item one by one, from the preliminary objections to the motions, down to the objections on documents and exhibits, down to substantial issues,\u201d the minister said.<\/p>\n

Recall that the Abuja City Journal had reported that Atiku and Obi had declared their intention to appeal the PEPC’s victory at several press appearances on Thursday.<\/p>\n
