Controversial Nigerian activist and musician Charly Boy, also known as “Area Fada,” has made headlines once again by declaring his intent to lead a peaceful protest in Abuja ahead of today’s judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT).<\/p>\n
Judgement will be made today by the tribunal judges hearing the cases challenging the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, APC, as the winner of the 2023 Presidential Election.<\/p>\n
Tinubu\u2019s main challengers are Peter Obi of the Labour Party, LP, and Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, standard bearer, Atiku Abubakar.<\/p>\n
The PEPT has been a focal point of public attention in Nigeria as it considers the outcome of the 2023 presidential election. \u201cAnyhow, we must occupy all the streets of Abuja before 6am,\u201d he wrote on X.<\/p>\n
