The announcement was made on Monday by Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, the special counsel to Nnamdi Kanu.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, Ejimakor mentioned, \u201cToday (Monday), the Supreme Court released the CTC of its judgment in \u2018Federal Republic of Nigeria versus Nnamdi Kanu.\u2019 The court also pledged to transmit the case file to the Federal High Court by tomorrow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Ejimakor had criticized the delay in releasing the CTC, stating that it violated the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
