The officers underwent decoration at the headquarters of the command in Wuse, Zone 5, Abuja.<\/p>\n<p>Dignitaries participating in the decoration ceremony included representatives of the Commandant-General, the FCT Director of the Department of State Services (DSS), the Director of FCT Fire Service Command, the Corps Marshal of the FRSC, FCT Command, and House of Representatives members from the FCT.<\/p>\n<p>Within the FCT Command, five senior officers were promoted from Assistant Commandant to Deputy Commandant, while over 20 officers ascended from Chief Superintendents of the Corps to Assistant Commandants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The FCT Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has decorated approximately 1,000 officers of the Corps who recently received promotions from the federal government.
